About

I am a lifelong memory keeper and storyteller. I believe that everyone has a story to tell, through photos, videos, audio, documents, and the “stuff” we collect and inherit.  When my twins were two, I realized how many photos I was taking and wanted to have a way to organize and share them.  In 1999, I joined Creative Memories as a consultant to help others organize and share their photos. I worked with many other moms with small children to help find the time to make memorable albums for our children.  I learned that time, overwhelm, and lack of organization were the biggest obstacles preventing  most people from preserving and telling their stories.

To help people with this overwhelm, in 2012, I founded Calgary Photo Solutions and joined The Photo Managers, becoming a Certified Professional Photo Manager.  I worked with many families in Southern Alberta to organize, digitize and share their photos.  During severe flooding in Southern Alberta in 2013, I saved thousands of photos for local families. I am a Certified Adult Educator, and presented at The Photo Managers Conferences in 2014, 2016, 2018, 2019, and 2020. I am a Certified Forever Ambassador, and a trained Privacy Advocate.

In 2022, I decided to retire from organizing other people’s photos and focus on my family’s collection.  As I sit here surrounded by my photos, ephemera, and stories, I’m happy to help you with advice, coaching, and recommendations for products and services I use and love.

Photos Matter. Stories Matter. Celebrate Yours.
